DineOut NYC

DineOut NYC project was a pro bono initiative created to aid New York City restaurants struggling during the COVID-19 pandemic. In collaboration with the NYC Hospitality Alliance, a modular system was designed for outdoor dining that could be adapted to various restaurants and streetscapes across the city's five boroughs. This system provided essential elements like flooring, barriers, shading, lighting, and equipment storage, all with a focus on functionality and aesthetics. Inspired by open-air cafes, DineOut NYC aimed to create a safe and inviting environment for outdoor dining, ultimately promoting the revival of the city's restaurant scene. Project completed with Rockwell Group, 2020.
